Referral Program Terms & Conditions
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the OrderEazi Referral Program (the “Program”).
The Program will be effective from 1 March 2024. The Program does not apply to any business you referred prior to that date.
Under the Program, you may refer businesses for which OrderEazi is a good fit.
Any referred business will be attributed to your account only if that business has had no prior contact with OrderEazi or if they do not exist in the OrderEazi database.
You will be eligible to receive the referral bonus only if the referred business signs up for an OrderEazi subscription and completes three months of successful engagement with all subscription fees paid and up to date. The referral bonus will be credited to your OrderEazi account or paid out upon invoicing OrderEazi. The referral bonus will match the license fee of the referred customer. For instance, if the referral signs up for an Enterprise license, you will receive a bonus equivalent to this fee after three months.
By participating in the Program, you will submit personal information about yourself and your friends, such as names and email addresses. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to OrderEazi’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by OrderEazi and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
OrderEazi reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you from participating in the Program at any time if you do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Program. OrderEazi reserves the right to amend, modify, or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 01 March 2024.
