1. Eligibility
This special offer is available to new clients who express interest in OrderEazi, book a demo, and complete the onboarding within the specified timelines. This offer is not available for existing clients or clients in the process of implementing OrderEazi prior to this campaign.
2. Campaign Period
a. To qualify for the FREE onboarding offer, clients must express interest, schedule, and attend a short demo of OrderEazi before 13 December, 2024.
b. Onboarding must be scheduled and completed within Q1 of 2025 (January 1 – March 31, 2025).
3. How to Participate
a. Interested participants must complete the enquiry form on the OrderEazi landing page and book a demo to see the platform in action.
b. Following the demo, clients may confirm their interest by securing their place in the onboarding queue for Q1 of 2025 to qualify for the FREE onboarding offer.
4. Offer Details
a. This offer includes a FREE onboarding service for eligible clients who sign up for an OrderEazi implementation scheduled within Q1 of 2025.
b. The onboarding service will be customized based on individual client requirements and includes setup, initial system training, and integration with existing workflows as outlined in the onboarding plan.
5. Terms of Offer
a. Only one FREE onboarding offer per business. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
b. FREE onboarding is contingent upon the client’s active participation in the onboarding process and timely provision of required information.
6. Changes or Cancellation
a. OrderEazi reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
b. Clients must notify OrderEazi of any changes to the onboarding schedule at least 14 days before the agreed start date to maintain eligibility.
7. Acceptance of Terms
a. By participating in this campaign, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
b. This campaign and its terms are governed by the applicable laws of South Africa.
